Really nice

My purchase of the Emerald Necklace was over Rs 2400/- & discount available above purchases of Rs 1900/- was 15% which was not given while calculating the Cash on Delivery. This is not in keeping with the good practices of reputed company. This needs to be sorted out by extending the dues outstanding to the customer at the next order irrespective of amount of purchases as an Adjustment amount due on last purchase.
