  • I just placed an order. How soon can I receive it?

    Our team is always trying their best to deliver all orders at their earliest, for we know the joy of trying on your newest jewellery purchase!

    Our orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Thereafter, delivery time varies between 4-7 days depending on the location.

    However, if you happen to have any special request or would like your order delivery expedited for any special occasion, please email us at poem@pritadesigns.com and we'll try our best to meet your expectations.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Sadly, not at the moment. However, we do entertain and ship internationally for bulk orders. For any such query, just drop ushredf a mail at priyanka@priyaasi.com and we’d connect.

    For individual orders, we ship pretty much anywhere within India.

  • Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?

    Half the joy of online shopping is in the ability to track it at every step. We love the excitement build up as much as you, and so, once we ship your order out, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

    We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

    We will also constantly follow up on your behalf with the third-party logistics team towards ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest.

  • Returns, Cancellations and Exchange

  • I'd like to return something I bought on your website. What's the procedure?

    We take pride in the quality of our designs. If for any reason, you’re not happy with the quality or overall experience, just reach out to us at poem@priyaasi.com and let us know your concern along with a few images. We promise you we’d look into it and resolve it for you.

    For any other reason, if you’d like to return your purchase with us, just submit a return request from your account. We offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked return policy (with online refunds for online payments and store credit for COD payments) for unused and unworn items that still have the tags attached.

    The only exception is SALE items, which unfortunately are final sale only.

    Just keep the tag and packaging intact for your item you wish to return and wait to hear from us. Please allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund.

  • I'd like to cancel something I've just placed an order for. What to do?

    Your orders can be cancelled any time before shipping. Once an order is dispatched, however, we can’t cancel it due to logistical reasons.

  • Can I exchange an item with another one on your website?

    Each product is hand checked by us to ensure you get the best! But sometimes the item(s), during shipment/processing, could get damaged or there would be an imperfection in them.

    Currently, we are not able to process any exchanges. If you'd like a replacement for the same item, please email us at

  • I want something that's sold out! What should I do?
    You can simply click on the "Notify Me" button and fill in your contact details. As soon as we're able to restock that item, you'll be sure to get a call or an email from us!

  • How can I pay for my order?

    In hugs and pizzas. Just Kidding!

    You can use plastic – Debit or Credit Cards for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX, NetBanking, UPI, Tez. or you can opt for Cash On Delivery(only available in India) at an additional Rs. 100. For international orders, we only accept credit card payments, which are processed in Indian National Rupees (INR).

    We love to pamper our buyers & MyPriyaasi points are our way of saying a big thank you for being a loyal customer and shopping with us!

    For every purchase made by you, you accumulate 10% of sales value as reward points that are redeemed as cash against your next purchase. For eg: When you buy a necklace at Rs. 2000, you get 200 reward points, which can be used as a Rs. 200 discount at your next purchase.

    Simply log in to your Prita account and once you are ready to check out, you can apply MyPriyaasi points to your order at the payment step.

  • Can I club a discount and MyPriyaasi Reward Points together?

    Yes, you certainly can!

    MyPriyaasi points are your alternative dose of cash. We wouldn’t take away any sweet deal from you and instead spoil you crazy for being a loyalist!

    You can club a 10% off promo code with your points and reap additional benefits.

  • Is there a limit to how many MyPriyaasi Points can be used for an order?

    You can redeem a maximum of 2500 points or Rs. 250 per order.

  • When will the points reflect in my account?
    Your points will reflect in your account 15 days after your order is received by you.
  • What happens to MyPriyaasi Points when I make a return?
    If you return an order, MyPriyaasi points earned on that order will be deducted from your account.
  • Are my MyPriyaasi points transferrable or exchangeable for hard cash?
    MyPriyaasi points are not transferable to any other user and neither can they be exchanged for hard cash.
  • Can MyPriyaasi Points be applied on the shipping charges?
    We are extremely sorry, MyPriyaasi points are not applicable on shipping charges but you can always add more baubles to your cart to avail free delivery!
