Return Policy offers a simple and easy 7 days return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery. All Items are sent with a RETURN tag.

All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without Return tags will not be accepted.

Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you, within 2-3 business days (excluding Sunday).

Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount back to you within 5- 7 working days. (Priyaasi will not be responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays).


NOTE: The shipping charge is not refundable.

Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • They should be returned within¬†7 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share snap shot at
  • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 24-48 working hours from the date of receiving the items.

In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer's account towards shipping costs in the form of a Paytm wallet credit/Bank transfer. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
